Day at the Ballpark with Breakthrough Schools 2017
Thank you business mentors and sponsors for your support!
THANK YOU, to our sponsors and business mentors for making a Day at the Ballpark with Breakthrough Schools students a huge success! 90 middle school students were paired up with 55 business mentors for a day of fun and learning at the May 17th Cleveland Indians game. Jordan Kline of Breakthrough’s Citizens Leadership Academy even got to throw out the first pitch! Special thanks to company sponsors Fairmount Santrol, Fifth Third Bank, and Nordson Corporation.
About a Day at the Ballpark: EDGE together with Friends of Breakthrough Schools and the Cleveland Indians invite business and civic leaders to sponsor middle school students from Cleveland’s Breakthrough Schools for a day of mentoring and fun in the Club Section at the Cleveland Indians game! Business hosts are paired with students to share their experience and inspire them in their education and career goals!
