Scalerator NEO

Posted on October 4, 2016

Scalerator is a proven program for highly-motivated entrepreneurs and leaders that want to deliver immediate growth to their business and are open to learning new ways to do so. Burton D. Morgan Foundation and Richard J. Fasenmyer Foundation have chosen to bring the successful peer-based Scalerator program to Northeast Ohio to support growth-oriented companies (any industry) with revenues between $5M and $15M.  The 6-month inaugural program will be free for the first cohort of 15 – 25 companies and will be held at Baldwin Wallace University starting in April 2017.

Scalerator NEO provides practical sales and marketing, organizational development and entrepreneurial finance skills experience, and the curriculum focuses entrepreneurs on the 3 Cs of growth – Customers, Capacity and Cash. The Scalerator program was developed and trademarked by Dan Isenberg – founding director of the Babson Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Project – and Babson College is ranked as the nation’s top provider of entrepreneurship education.  Dan is a former entrepreneur, investor and professor at Harvard University and Columbia University.

Over 100 companies from multiple cities around the world have used the Scalerator experience to accelerate business growth.  Recent participating companies include those in construction, logistics, software, contract manufacturing, financial services, advanced manufacturing, food production and health care.
