EDGE Fellows Summer Intern Program
The EDGE Fellows Program provides business leaders with affordable due diligence in a confidential manner by a proven program that has helped leaders make informed business decisions on new initiatives and launch multiple new ventures.
This two-month paid summer internship identifies talented primarily graduate-level students that are interested in business development and innovation to conduct feasibility analyses on new business ideas submitted by CEOs and other leaders in Northeast Ohio.
The EDGE Fellows Summer Program:

Pairs student teams with experienced business mentors.

Assigns teams to work on a new business opportunity with a local business executive.

Drives value for participating businesses and their leadership teams.

Provides students with a meaningful educational experience.
Students leave the EDGE Fellows program with new opportunities and relationships that will help them network with professionals throughout the region, all with the goal of keeping them working in Northeast Ohio beyond graduation.
Findings:
- Over the past four years, EDGE Fellows consistently rate their overall experience as a 9.0+ (out of 10).
- 30% of projects studied turn into new business revenue for Northeast Ohio within 2-3 years.
- 70% of EDGE Fellows choose to stay and work with Northeast Ohio companies following graduation.
- A network of former EDGE Fellows is driving new opportunities in a variety of industries and businesses.
